Josia is an organisational development expert, systems thinker, and agile coach. As Head of Consulting at SHIFTHAPPENS he supports businesses from all industries in dealing with questions of organisational design, agility, change management and overall business transformation. Attorney-at-law

Katharina is an attorney in Lower Austria, co-founder of the legal tech companies NetzBeweis and Nerds of Law. In her law firm, she is organising both staff and clients with Agile methods and uses them as a basis for her business model. She is the author of the book: “Agile Lawyer – Implementing Agile Principles in the Attorney-Client Relationship” and Scrum Master. Before becoming an attorney, she worked for several years in large IT companies. Her areas of expertise are IT, IP, and data protection law. In addition to her legal education, she holds a MSc in Business Process Management and Engineering. She is also member of the disciplinary council at the Lower Austria Bar Association, member of the working group IT and digitalization of the Austrian Bar Association and a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt.

Baltasar Cevc

Baltasar Cevc is an attorney, entrepreneur and technology and innovation enthusiast with years of professional experience from start-ups, medium-sized businesses to large corporations. His passion lies at the interface of IT and law as well as on the improvement of work methodology in the legal industry. He loves to work at eye level with clients, especially in the fields of Cloud and AI, including the associated data protection questions. His previous employment as an IT expert gives him a complementary perspective. This enables him to combine the legal, technical, and business perspectives to develop practical and pragmatic solutions.
